Between our Adult Men's, Adult Women's, Old Boy's, and Youth Flag rugby teams, LIRFC has a membership of approximately 150 players.

LIRFC fields teams to compete in the Empire Geographic Union in DII, and DIII in 15's divisions. In the summer they compete in the Premier, Club, and Social 7's divisions locally. Throughout the year the team also enters any extra tournaments they can get to.

   The members of LIRFC are a diverse group of passionate players and friends. This group has had tremendous success both on and off the field, as leaders in their communities.  We are teachers, coaches, lawyers, doctors, first responders, military service members and more, united in a love for the challenge of playing and the camaraderie associated with rugby. Our team includes players that have been playing rugby for decades, and newcomers that still don't know all the rules of the game- all are welcome.

 Players from LIRFC have gone to premier college programs in the United States and overseas, in addition to many playing at the professional level.

We are a 501 (c) (7) non-profit organization that has a vision to promote rugby at the youth and amateur level.
